What is the purpose of a tune-up?


There’s nothing worse than having a car for a year or two and having to replace it when you could have avoided serious problems. When you don’t have your oil changed, or your belts checked, you could be asking for engine trouble. When your engine dies, there’s no way to repair it. You’ll have to replace the engine completely, or buy a new vehicle. Your car will last longer with regular, routine maintenance. It’s easier and cheaper to have tune-ups done regularly on your car than to replace the entire car in a year or two. 

How often should I change my oil?


With today's oils now they are going to synthetic oils. It depends on the vehicle, newer vehicles have an indicator in them that lets you know when you need an oil change. Miles driven between oil changes varies on the car. For example some cars can go thousands of miles, but we recommend changing your oil filter about halfway through.

How long will it take?


The time needed for your car repair is dependent on the car and what is wrong with it. However, we understand you have a schedule to keep and do have loaner vehicles available for longer repairs. We will do our best to get you back on the road as soon as possible! Unlike most oil change places, we do a more detailed and thorough oil change and filter change and will check your vehicle as well so it takes a bit longer!
